Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.All credit card information is encrypted for your security. Our goal is for you to be as comfortable using our site and shopping just as you would shop in your local mall.
Shopping Information
· Sizes and Colors: Sizes and colors are represented online as best as possible. Many items are handmade and will vary in color and size. Colors may also vary due to differences in computers and monitors.
· Responsibility Disclaimer: In no event shall Shopefd.com, its parent company, employees, or any of its vendors, be liable for any damages, including without limitation, special, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages, whatsoever resulting from access or use of any products. By purchasing any product on this site you agree to these terms.
· Website Errors: On occasion an error may occur. Prices or pictures may be posted in error. We will do our best to rectify a mistake but we reserve the right to void or refund any sale made with errors.
Shipping
· Product Availability and Shipping Times: While most of the products on our website ship out within 2 business days, some products may be out of stock or backordered by the time we receive your order. While some products show as in stock or show estimated ship dates these are only our best estimates and not a guarantee. If you are working on a time sensitive project email us at help@shopefd.com so that we can estimate an arrival date for your order.
· Shipping Locations: We ship only to the United States. Hawaii and Alaska Residents please email us at help@shopefd.com prior to ordering.
· Shipping Rates: All orders ship with either free freight or freight included within the 48 Continental United States Hawaii and Alaska orders will have additional shipping charges.
· Oversized Shipping UPS: On any "Oversized" Package, UPS requires we ship by dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is calculated by the size of the box and the weight. Not every item that ships "Oversize" is listed as oversized online due to the different (and changing) packaging requirements. Due to the inaccuracies and restrictions in the calculations available online, we reserve the right to add up to $35.00 to cover additional shipping expenses on oversized packages that exceed the shipping charged. If it is more than that we will contact you.
· Backorders: In the unusual event that one of the items you order becomes unavailable or backordered you will be contacted by customer service and informed of the time period required to obtain your product. If you do not wish to wait, you may cancel the backordered item. In the unlikely event that an item is discontinued or unavailable you will be notified and your order will be cancelled.
· We do not accept orders for less than $20.00 of merchandise.
Return Policy
· We are certain you will be thrilled with your order; however we realize that occasionally returns are necessary. There is a 7 Business Day Return Policy.
· Email us with your return questions and to receive and RMA number; ALL returns require an RMA number. Without this number the return could be misrouted and will incur a 25% Restocking Fee.
· Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and documentation must be kept and returned within 7 Business days of receipt.
· Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and all fees associated with the return, we suggest that you insure the item(s) being returned for the original order amount. We are unable to accept returned merchandise damaged in transit, again please insure your return.
· Once your item(s) are received in good condition, a refund will be issued in 10 to 15 business days for the amount of your original purchase less our initial shipping cost and credit card processing fees.
Damage Claims
· Occasionally there are instances that an order may have been damaged while in transit or possibly a quality defect.
· Before signing for your delivery inspect each carton for damage. Please make sure that the carrier signs receipt for any signs of damage.
· Claims for Damage or Defects must be made to Shopefd.com within 3 business days of receipt NO EXCEPTIONS claims may be made by emailing help@shopefd.com
· Photos are Required to claim damaged or defective merchandise. Please email Customer Service at help@shopefd.com
· There is NO cash refund for damaged or defective merchandise, replacements will be sent.
